About Me

1.  Born March 6, 1958 at Fitzsimons Army Hospital, Aurora, Colorado

2.  Lived on 10th and Washington in Denver, Colorado until late April 1958.

3.  Lived on Mather Air Force Base, near Sacramento, California for 2 years until 1960.

4.  Moved to 1600 Beeler Street, Aurora, Colorado.

5.  Sailed with my mother to Copenhagen, Denmark; boat docked in Stavenger, Norway before going to Denmark.

6. Moved to 3265 Newport Street in Denver

7. Used to walk to kindergarden by the boxer, Sonny Liston’s house

8.  I attended kindergarden at Smith Elementary School on 3590 Jasmine Street in Denver, Colorado.

9.  My best friend is Marisa (Risa) Johnson and she also attended Smith Elementary, but we didn't know each other.

10.  In kindergarden, I learned to tap dance, learned I did not like climbing the rope in gym, and learned to finger paint.

11.  I also learned the rhyme "Step on a crack, break your mother's back, have to buy my dad a Cadillac" while going for walks around the school. 
Those were the days.

12.  My favorite time was when the Bookmobile came to school and we could go on the converted bus and check out books.

13. Kennedy Assasination -- I remember being called in the house from playing outside on November 22, 1963

14. From 1964 to 1965 I lived on Lived on Lowry Air Force Base in Denver.

15. Had a female basset hound for awhile.

 

16.  From 1965 to 1969 lived on Okinawa

17. Saw Fess Parker “Davy Crockett – King of the Wild Frontier” when he came to my school.

19. Know how to count to 10 in Japanese and know a few other Japanese words

21. Moved to McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey
22. Moved to Aurora, Colorado again.
23. Lived on Beeler Street again.
24. Thirty years later watched an episode of C.O.P.S. and they were filming at the very place I used to live.
25. Won’t live on Beeler Street again
26. Moved to Denver.
27. Attended Grant Junior High and South High.
